ppWe are looking for a skilled and motivated bProject Lead /b to join the bTT Digital Engineering organization /b of our prestigious client based in the Bologna area.
This role combines project management, performance improvement, stakeholder coordination, and operational governance to ensure sustainable TT performance and regulatory compliance.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the execution of global TT projects, including regulatory deployments, sourcing changes, portfolio extensions, and manufacturing initiatives; /li liMonitor TT KPIs, including aggregation efficiency, reject rates, empty cases, data quality, and compliance performance; /li liSupport root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives; /li liSupport governance, reporting, risk management, and project portfolio reviews; /li liMaintain standards, procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
/li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field; /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation; /li liExperience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs.
/li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liTrack Trace systems and solutions; /li liManufacturing Execution Systems; /li liVision systems, coding and marking technologies; /li liRegulatory compliance and product traceability requirements; /li liLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
/li /ul h3Work conditions /h3 ul liWorking hours: standard daily office schedule (CET 09:*****:00)



with the one-hour lunch break /li liDuration of the contract: 1 year /li liWorking setup: 1-2 days/week from home following the client's needs /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pSalary starting with 30,000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.
