ppIn this role you will own accounting integrity, financial reporting, and compliance for a multinational entity within EF.
You'll collaborate with shared service centers and central finance teams across countries to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and robust controls.
You will lead forecasting, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, and support business leaders to align activities with accounting and regulatory requirements.
This is a high-impact, international role focused on governance, transformation, and financial enablement for fast-paced decision-making.
/pulliAccountability for legal entity accounting, GL, AP/AR, intercompany, and treasury for complex multi-entity structures /liliEnsure completeness, accuracy, existence, and timeliness of financial records and statements in partnership with SSCs /liliReview and explain financial results, variances, and key judgments /liliLead entity-level forecasting and monitor actuals vs projections /liliOwn the legal entity control environment and ensure regulatory compliance /liliIdentify and escalat accounting, compliance, and financial risks /liliCoordinate external audits and manage statutory and internal audits /liliOversee tax, VAT,



and regulatory filings including transfer pricing /liliSupport business leaders and FPA in capturing activities, contracts, and transactions /liliDrive process excellence, continuous improvement, and control Weakness remediation /liliCoach and manage an international team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables /liliSupport Board preparation with statutory disclosures /liliAssist governance and regulatory matters related to entities /lili8+ years of accounting experience in multinational environments /liliBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar /liliProfessional accounting qualification (e.g., Dottore Commercialista, ACCA, or equivalent) /liliStrong knowledge of Italian statutory and tax requirements /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliExperience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP is an advantage /liliOpen-minded, solution-oriented and adaptable to change /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skills /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels /liliSelf-starter with ability to operate independently /liliAbility to thrive in international and fast-paced environment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
