You will contribute to the company’s growth and success by managing strategic projects that will have a direct impact on management control on an international scale.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out documentation and administrative activities related to the contract lifecycle
- Coordinating supplier onboarding and ensuring the collection and validation of documentation
- Managing the digital signature process for contracts and overseeing the operational workflow
- Maintaining alignment between management systems and official documentation
- Supporting the integration of new affiliates, analyzing spending, identifying duplicate contracts, and rationalizing suppliers
- Producing reports for the supervisory body and supporting the Compliance function
What skills are we looking for?
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management tools
- Skills in advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent
- Experience in IT/software contracts is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, compliance orientation, and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
- Fluent English (C1); knowledge of French is considered an asset
