/pstrongABOUT THE ROLE /strongbrpstrongYour Mission /strong /pbrpWe are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Rome.
Reporting to our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties in Rome.brIn this role, you will: /pbrulbrliConduct routine inspections of the rooms to ensure they are clean and fully stocked, and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies /librliCollaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests /librliSupervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness /librliKeep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers /librliRemain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur /librliHave an overview of all things happening at the property and trouble-shoot any issues arising while keeping a cool head /librliHave a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre post opening of any new hospitality units as the need arisesbr/libr/ulbrpstrongABOUT YOU /strong /pbrpWe encourage you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the below criteria.

Ideally, you have: /pbrulbrliEnglish and Italian fluency /librliPrevious experience in the hospitality industry (preferably from a housekeeping, front office, guest relations, or hotel operations-related background)
