/p h3What You'll Do /h3 pThis is a field-based, in-person sales role.
You'll build your own book of business in your local territory, on a schedule you control, selling advertising placements across BVM's local print magazine and companion digital, social, and website products.

/li libStrategize: /b Build powerful, multi-channel branding programs using our media suite, print, digital, social, websites, and reputation management.
/li libScale: /b Leverage our proven training and time-tested sales system to grow your own book of business, building community engagement that pays you and your community for years to come.
/li /ul h3What You'll Earn /h3 pThis is a **** independent contractor role with no base salary or draw (full commission).
Representatives earn a recurring commission on sales, with commission rates generally ranging from b*****% /b based on monthly sales volume and performance relative to the baseline* cost structure.
Bonuses are available during start-up and on an ongoing basis.
/p p*Baseline is the back-end cost associated with the magazine digital product's cost to produce, distribute, bill clients, etc, and does not come out of the representative's pocket.
/p h3What You Bring /h3 ul libSales Acumen: /b A drive to help local businesses grow through the art of advertising sales, strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience with digital or print advertising is a plus, but the right attitude matters most; we provide the training.
