pBrenntag Italy's Innovation Application Centre seeks an experienced Application Technologist for bakery formulations and trials.
You will work with technical, sales and marketing teams to drive product innovation, assess ingredient functionality, and deliver documented results from lab to pilot-scale.
/ppThe role requires a degree in Food Science and Technology or related field, 5+ years in a technical food environment, strong formulation knowledge, and fluency in English.
