The Operations Assistant provides vital day-to-day operational support with a primary focus on staff scheduling and workforce coordination for assigned communities. This role is responsible for schedule creation and finalization, real-time schedule management, and support of timekeeping and payroll processes to ensure continuity of services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Details:
Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in scheduling, timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative operations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred

Associate's degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in healthcare, community-based services,



or hospital operations.

Familiarity with workforce management or electronic scheduling systems.

Experience supporting multi-site or system-level operations.
