ensuring timely mitigation plans.brbr/li /ulstrongRequirementsbrbr/strongulliBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
/liliMinimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain (intra-logistics or 3PL), or consulting.
/liliProven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
/liliExperience with IT solutions for logistics or warehouse operations is highly appreciated.
/liliHands on WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder is a strong plus.
/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SQL and experience in programming is a strong plus.
/liliSolid understanding of Project Management principles, ideally combined with Agile practices.
/liliKnowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is considered a plus.
/liliFast learner and strong problem solver, able to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and in a culturally diverse international environment.
/liliAble to deliver well organized, clear, and thorough information tailored to the intended audience.
/liliExcellent negotiation skills,
with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
/liliStrong customer service mindset, providing timely and professional support to customers and vendors.
/liliAbility to prioritize workload, manage special tasks and concurrent projects, and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
/liliFluent in English; native or fluent Italian required.
