IDEMIA in Milan, Lombardy, seeks a Customer Service professional for a fixed-term contract through year-end to support the order and logistics process from client order specification to delivery at the service center.
You will build strong relationships with banking clients, manage priorities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order entries, invoices and timely updates.
Italian and English at business level, with Microsoft Dynamics AX as a plus.
