DECORA is Hiring – Sales Manager DIY Italy (m/f/d)

DECORA, a leading European manufacturer of flooring solutions and accessories, is continuing its international development in Italy.

We are looking for a Sales Manager DIY who will dedicate to our business with key DIY chains to drive further growth.

This role is a good fit for candidates with experience in the flooring industry or a solid background working with DIY retail chains, ready to take the next step in career.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for DIY chains in Italy

Manage and expand relationships with existing partners

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Lead commercial negotiations and manage annual agreements (pricing, conditions, promotions)

Drive category development, including product listings and in-store execution

Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, product) to ensure smooth operations





Monitor market trends, pricing and competition, ensuring target achievement

Your profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role

Proven track record with DIY chains

Strong analytical skills and good command of MS Office (Excel required)

Very good communication skills and fluency in English
