CMCC Foundation in Milano seeks a Research Grants & Contract Management Officer for on?site work.
You will support the pre?award phase, review contracts, and draft NDAs and Mo Us, coordinating with Legal & Contract Advisory and project managers.
You will lead consortium agreement negotiations, manage IPR terms and ensure post?award handoffs, while maintaining a knowledge base of model clauses and guidelines.
