/p pWe are looking for an Antenna RF Engineer /p h3CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US /h3 ul liYou have graduated with a BSc qualification in a relevant discipline.
/li liYou have excellent English, both oral and written.
/li liYou have previous working experience in Space projects, preferably in the design and development of Antenna RF components.
/li liYou are a team player with a methodical approach to work, able to work autonomously and set priorities.
/li liYou are committed to assigned tasks and schedules, willing to propose solutions with a spirit of innovation.
/li /ul h3COMPETENCIES: /h3 ul liYou have strong analytical skills, a pragmatic and product/results-oriented approach, and the ability to generate innovative solutions.
/li liYou are familiar with design and technological aspects specific to the development of Antennas and passive components for space applications.
/li liYou have very good knowledge of SW tools for the design of Antennas and RF devices (Microwave Office, HFSS, CST Suite, ADS, Microwave Wizard, TICRA Tools, GRASP, POS, Feko, etc.).
/li liYou have knowledge of Matlab and/or at least one programming language (Fortran90 or C++).
/li liBasic knowledge of standard Project Management techniques and tools is considered a strong asset.
/li /ul h3LIFE AS A SENIOR ANTENNA RF ENGINEER ROLE /h3 pAs a Senior Antenna RF Engineer role within Thales, you will: /p ul liDesign and develop Antenna RF solutions in the frame of satellite programs, projects, RD studies,
and industrial activities.
/li liPerform RF Design of Antennas involving both passive components and active antenna RF front-ends, including concept formulation, feasibility, and trade-off.
/li liSynthesize, design circuits, and perform electromagnetic modeling and simulation of Antennas and components, including complex beam-formers.
/li liSelect and define the most appropriate technology, manufacturing processes, and procedures for the development of space-qualified Antennas.
/li liImplement components development plans, monitor workshops and suppliers, and prepare purchase orders.
/li liTest Antenna and RF Subsystems/Components and prepare relevant reporting.
/li liContribute to the preparation of proposals, provide technical management of projects and studies, and prepare technical reports and program review documentation.
/li liInterface with customers, subcontractors, or suppliers.
