At Russotti Gestioni Hotels Sp A we are seeking a professional bAssistant Housekeeping Manager /b to join our bDelta Hotels Marriott Giardini Naxos /b team.
/p h3Essential Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsures Housekeeping Attendants deliver the brand promises and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
/li liHandles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
/li liConducts quality checks on works done by Housekeeping Room Attendants.
/li liEnsures clean and complete arrival and occupied rooms in a timely manner.
/li liReports to Housekeeping Manager adverse guest comments.
/li liReports to Housekeeping Manager lost and damaged items.
/li liReports and follow?up on repair and maintenance work.
/li liConducts checks on Public Areas, FB outlets, offices and toilets.
/li liEnsures scheduled periodic works are carried out.
/li liEnsures the punctuality and appearance of all Housekeeping Room Attendants,



making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department's grooming standards.
/li liWhen manager is not present, participate to morning meetings of the Hotel and, consequently, report to Housekeeping Manager the issues covered.
/li /ul h3Experience, Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liWork experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
/li liHands?on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
/li liFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
/li liGood communication skills, both written and verbal English.
