/p h3About the job: /h3 h3Role Overview: /h3 pBBVA is looking for a Associate Lead – Business Management Execution to join its Global Transaction Banking team in Italy.
/p pThis role sits at the heart of transaction execution, acting as a key link between clients, relationship teams and operational units, with exposure to a broad range of local and international GTB products.
/p h3What you will do: /h3 ul lipSupport the execution of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Import Export Letters of Credit, Working Capital solutions, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance.
/p /li lipAct as the main operational point of contact for clients after deal closing, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
/p /li lipReview transactional documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.




/p /li lipWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex, cross-border transactions.
/p /li lipSupport payments, collections and operational monitoring linked to GTB activities.
/p /li lipContribute to reporting, transaction monitoring and performance tracking.
/p /li lipSupport supplier onboarding for Supply Chain Finance programs.
/p /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul lipYou have experience in transaction banking, trade finance or guarantees, ideally in an international environment.
/p /li lipYou are client-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
/p /li lipYou enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated and international context.
/p /li lipYou are fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a plus).
