/p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Sales Support Specialist supports both post-sales (aftermarket) and for upgrade activities for engineered products in the Oil Gas sector.
The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient order execution, and identification of business opportunities related to spare parts, services, and upgrades.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pManage customer requests related to spare parts, repairs and product upgrades.
/p pPrepare and issue quotations for aftermarket solutions based on technical specifications, BOMs, and customer requirements.
/p pFollow up on aftermarket orders, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality standards.
/p pProvide technical and commercial support to customers regarding installed equipment.
/p pIdentify opportunities for additional sales (spare parts packages, upgrades, retrofit solutions, service agreements).
/p pMaintain and update installed base data and aftermarket records.
/p pEnsure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
/p pSupport contract review and order handover from sales to execution teams.
/p h3Qualifications: /h3 pDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or Technical Diploma with relevant experience.
/p p2–5 years of experience in aftermarket,
sales support, or technical sales in Oil Gas or similar industries.
/p pExperience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products is strongly preferred.
/p pKnowledge of industrial equipment (e.g., rotating equipment, valves, pressure systems) is a plus.
/p pFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM tools.

/li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
/li liHigh degree of autonomy, while also capable of working in multidisciplinary teams.
