/p pWe are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized bDigital PR Influencer Marketing Specialist /b to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations across multiple platforms.
This role will be responsible for identifying high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating partnerships, launching influencer campaigns, and monitoring performance based on defined KPIs.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the internal Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure that influencer activities align with brand strategy and business objectives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement Digital PR and Influencer Marketing strategies to support product launches, brand campaigns, and always-on digital communication.
/li liIdentify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential creators and KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging social platforms.
/li liNegotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and content partners.
/li liPlan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, creative coordination, content review, approval processes, and final delivery.
/li liMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
/li liCollaborate with the Marketing team to integrate influencer activities into broader communication and Digital PR plans.
/li liSupport the E-commerce team in driving traffic and sales through creator-driven campaigns and affiliate programs.
/li liManage campaign budgets,

ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing return on investment.
/li liStay up to date on social media trends, platform evolutions, and competitor strategies to continually optimize influencer effectiveness.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
/li li2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign execution (preferably in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle brands).
/li liStrong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems in Italy.
/li liExperience working with influencer management tools, analytics platforms, and social media insights.
/li liExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
/li liData-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and KPI-oriented thinking.
/li liAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
/li liFluent inItalian and English (written and spoken).
