/p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Sales Representative (Outdoor Running) you will drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of wholesale accounts and strengthen Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging and growing wholesale accounts across Central Southern Italy.
/li liBuilding strong relationships with retailers and key decision?makers.
/li liDelivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA strategy.
/li liExecuting the seasonal Go?To?Market process, ensuring strong sell?in and sell?through.
/li liIdentifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.
/li liEnsuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising, and in?store execution.
/li liMonitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
/li liSupporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days, and community initiatives.
/li liDelivering product and brand training to retail staff and partners.
/li liActing as a brand ambassador, strengthening Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community.

/li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
/li liExperience within the running, outdoor, sporting goods, footwear, or performance apparel industry highly preferred.
/li liStrong knowledge of the Italian running and outdoor market.
/li liProven ability to build long?term customer relationships and influence key stakeholders.
/li liStrong commercial acumen and results?oriented mindset.
/li liExcellent communication and presentation skills.
/li liHighly organized, proactive, and self?motivated.
/li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross?functional teams.
/li liWillingness to travel extensively across Central Southern Italy.
/li liFluent in Italian, both written and spoken, with professional working proficiency in English.
