Experian is seeking a Service Relationship Manager (SRM) to drive client advocacy and oversee end-to-end service delivery for strategic accounts. You will act as the single point of contact, manage escalations, and lead CSI initiatives, ensuring SLA/KPI performance and client satisfaction.
You will collaborate with Market, Regional and Product teams, conduct regular service reviews and reporting, and use data-driven insights like NPS to continually improve the client journey.
