pLANXESS Italia in Latina is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to own the maintenance function for our Lubricant Additives production site.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive reliability, and align maintenance with production, engineering and HSE to improve asset performance.
/ppThe role combines hands-on plant leadership with strategic planning, SAP/CMMS governance and budget oversight.
Fluency in Italian and English is required, with relocation not offered.
