/ph3Your New Role /h3pWe are looking for a passionate and data-driven bMarketing Retention Specialist /b to join the HBO Max Italy team.
This role sits within the bEMEA Retention team /b, reporting into the bEMEA Retention CRM Director /b.
You will play a key role in launching HBO Max in the Italian market and driving ongoing customer engagement and retention.
With a strong focus on CRM, you will design and execute campaigns that keep our users excited, loyal, and deeply connected to our stories.
/ph3Your Role Accountabilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute CRM and retention campaigns for HBO Max Italy, across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
/liliPartner with CRM, Brand, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys.
/liliMonitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and optimize campaigns for engagement and churn reduction.
/liliSupport the launch of HBO Max in Italy by building effective onboarding flows and winback strategies.
/liliExplore innovative retention mechanics such as gamification, loyalty perks, and localized campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
/liliCollaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA to share best practices and implement region-wide retention initiatives.
/liliStay on top of industry trends in streaming, digital marketing, and entertainment to continuously evolve our approach.
/li /ulh3Skills and Experience Required /h3ulliMin 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management, preferably in streaming, digital, or subscription-based businesses.
/liliPassionate about entertainment, streaming, and digital storytelling.
/liliCurious, creative,



and eager to experiment with new ideas while staying data-driven.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using CRM platforms and analytics tools.
/liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Italian.
