ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a/an Administration Specialist with experience in the management of the passive and active cycle . The resource will be placed within the administrative team and will be responsible for accounting processes related to purchasing, sales, bank management and accounting entries.

Responsibilities

- Recording of purchase and sales invoices
- Control and verification of purchase and sales orders
- Banking and financial operations management
- Issuing Ri.Ba. and other payment arrangements
- Management of collections and reminders
- First note entries and accounting records
- Support in closing the annual budget

Requirements





- Prior experience of at least two years in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in IT companies
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures, accounts payable cycle and accounts receivable cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and computer tools
- Experience in handling collections and reminders
- Aptitude for problem solving, accuracy and reliability
