Sysdig is seeking a senior technical support specialist to join the Customer Reliability team in driving enterprise-grade cloud security support. You will work with engineering to escalate issues, create trainings, and maintain knowledge resources, while triaging bugs and participating in on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise support, deep Kubernetes and Linux expertise, scripting skills, and experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. English and French communication is preferred.
