About The Role
As a South Office Admin Internship you will assist in office and admin coordination: daily office operations and administrative activities. You will gain hands‑on experience across different business functions and learn how administrative processes support the company’s overall performance. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop key organizational, communication, and service‑oriented skills in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations: mail management, supplies, checklists, and maintaining company standards.
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
- Assist with purchasing and procurement activities (requesting quotations, preparing orders, tracking deliveries).
- Support General Manager with daily activities.
- Collaborate with the Legal department in daily operations.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and business travel (flights, hotels, logistics).
- Contribute to implementing internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and archiving according to company policy.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and contribute to a high level of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Educational background: Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Languages for International Trade, International Relations, Political Science, or Communication Studies.
- Languages – Italian (fluent, written and spoken, near native level), English (fluent, written and spoken), Spanish (advanced, preferred), French (fluent, preferred).
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Soft skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proactive and service‑oriented attitude, reliable, organized, and accountable, team player with positive energy, able to multitask and work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
