The position requires strong technical expertise, solid project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product reliability, quality, and innovation.
/ppThe successful candidate will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both existing solutions and the development of new models for international markets.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3New Product Development /h3ulliLead development projects for new products, from concept definition through industrialization and start of production (SOP).
/liliDefine technical specifications and aesthetic requirements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
/liliCoordinate and manage suppliers involved in tooling, molds, matrices, and electronic components.
/liliOversee quality assurance activities and certification processes for new products.
/liliProvide technical support to Marketing for product launches, presentations, and promotional materials.




/li /ulh3Technical Customer Support /h3ulliProvide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
/liliCreate and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (e.g., repair or maintenance videos).
/liliCollaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues.
/liliAct as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues.
/li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulliPrevious experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht Industry /liliProven experience in technical support and new product development roles.
/liliSolid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
/liliExperience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.
/liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
/liliFluency in English and Italian, with the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
