We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations.
What we're looking for:



- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role within a professional kitchen environment - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide kitchen teams - Solid knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting - A hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented approach - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays What you can expect: - Culinary leadership training aligned with Hard Rock standards - Exposure to multiple outlets and service concepts - Career development within an internationally recognised brand - Team member benefits across db Group and partner brands Why Join Us?
