CBTalents in Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide bilingual support (Italian and English) for a tech project based in Portugal.

This remote role requires you to be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; relocation assistance is provided. You will troubleshoot technical inquiries, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
