Regional Operations Leader

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular reviews with regional teams to analyse performance against agreed corporate metrics and KPIs.
- Identify key issues and priority areas, and work with regional teams to develop strategies and solutions that improve performance and enable targets to be met or exceeded.
- Support the preparation of monthly corporate performance reports for senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure that regional delivery functions operate effectively and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to regional leaders to improve processes in line with Dedalus best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the corporate team and delivery teams in assigned regions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in project, service, or operational management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in French is highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge on healthcare market in different regions (mainly Europe) is highly desirable.
