Risk Control Framework DevelopmentAnalyze business workflows and requirements to design risk management frameworks and tools (e.g., AML systems,
sanctions screening). Standardize risk governance practices and ensure alignment with evolving business objectives.2. Strategy Development & OptimizationMonitor risk patterns and illicit activity trends to develop anti-fraud/anti-arbitrage strategies. Continuously refine approaches to balance growth objectives with risk mitigation, minimizing losses from external threats.3. Risk Monitoring & AnalyticsDevelop risk models and monitoring frameworks (e.g., logistics analytics, suspicious transaction alerts). Analyze key metric anomalies, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions to drive remediation.4. Compliance & AML GovernanceExecute AML compliance activities including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and large-value transaction reporting. Streamline compliance workflows to ensure adherence to regulations across jurisdictions (e.g., Hong Kong, U.S.), mitigating legal exposure.5. System & Process EnhancementDrive iterative enhancements to risk systems (e.g., automated reviews, risk profiling). Integrate multi-source data (e.g., shipping documents, tracking data, corporate registries) to refine operational workflows and enhance risk management precision.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute risk mitigation strategies and resolve operational bottlenecks.
