Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of a program characterized with high levels of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity
- Understand the interdependencies, interactions, and dynamics of the projects and stakeholders within the program
- Manage risk and uncertainty by identifying, assessing, and mitigating factors affecting the program's performance and outcomes
- Define and drive program governance to monitor and evaluate program performance
- Manage the expectations and needs of varying levels of stakeholder personas through an effective communication strategy

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience of successfully managing large, complex IT projects or programs
- Fluent in Italian and English language
- Comfortable and proven engaging at the C‑suite




- Comfortable with the dynamics of portfolio management at scale
- Expertise in cost & scope management, change control, and overall project governance
- Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, dashboards, business intelligence reporting, business metrics, and operational reporting
