Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is recruiting a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operation for pre-opening and ongoing resort service. Based in Cortina, you will shape dessert concepts, set standards and train the pastry brigade across all outlets.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus, manage food costs and ensure HACCP compliance, quality, presentation and innovation in a luxury five-star environment.
