ARESYS offers a 20+ years of expertise in designing and developing on-board and on-ground systems with a vertical specialization in microwawe ( Radar, SAR) and Optical technologies.
In Simulation Business Unit We are looking for a SAR Simulation E2E Engineer to support the development of advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) simulation solutions for spaceborne and airborne applications.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and validation of end-to-end SAR simulation chains within innovative R&D; and customer-driven projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop andmaintainEnd-to-End SAR simulation tools and algorithms
- Support SAR performance analysis, modeling, and validation activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on software integration and technical activities
- Prepare technical documentation and support customer technical discussions
Required skills:
- Good knowledge ofRADARprinciples, signal processing, and scientific programming
- Experience with scientific programming and software development ( Python )
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and version control systems (e.g.Git)
Preferred Qaulifications:
- Experience with SAR simulation or remote sensing applications
- Knowledge of C/C++, Linux environments, and software development workflows
- Familiarity with radar system analysis and image formation techniques
- Familiarity with XML/JSON configuration management and automated pipelines
Soft-skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude
- Team-working and communication skills
- Motivation to learn and grow in complex technical environments
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
Your background:
- MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
