In this senior technical role, you will be accountable for the stability, compliance, and continuous optimization of the SAP HCM solution for Germany, working within both local and global environments.You will serve as a key technical authority and trusted partner to P&C; stakeholders, ensuring reliable payroll operations, legal compliance, and high-quality system performance.What you'll be doingAct as the primary technical owner and referent for UniCredit's SAP HCM solution in Germany, with a strong focus on: Payroll Positive Time Management German company pension schemesServe as the interface between P&C; business stakeholders and IT, advising on requirements, resolving inquiries, and consulting on solutiondesign and optimizationExecute and manage regular and ad-hoc operational activities, including monthly payroll preparation and execution, annual pension schemeupdates, implementation, testing, and transport of legal change packages and SAP NotesTake ownership of incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and sustainable resolutionWork in close collaboration with SAP Basis teams to proactively monitor system health, performance,
