In the event of a quality problem, rectify it and inform the responsible manager and involve him/her in the rectification of the problem with immediate actions.Carry out all duties specified for the post holder in the Product Safety, Environmental Management,
Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System documents.Drive operational efficiency by applying Lean engineering principles to eliminate waste and optimize material flow within automated systems.Actively oversee and manage project budget, tracking expenditures to ensure major capital automation projects are delivered cost-effectively.Agile Problem Solving: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment by thinking outside the box to immediately troubleshoot, rectify, and escalate any technical or operational bottlenecks affecting the project.Give coaching and/or instructions to staff on any subject, considering the relevant Nestlé Safety Standard and rules.Promoting a respectful, inclusive, cooperative and healthy work environment along cross-functional teams.Proactive approach on your day‑to‑day tasks, constantly looking room for improvement (Trainings, coaching, follow ups).Ensure to comply with project expectations in a timely manner with a professional approach.What will make you successful?Automation Project Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in engineering development, commissioning, and implementation of automated warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high-bay storage, conveyors) within the food or manufacturing industry.Safety First: Comprehensive knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA standards related to automated machinery) to minimize injuries or damages to people and equipment.Financial & Lean Acumen: Comprehensive experience in CAPEX budget administration and a proven track record of applying Lean engineering methodologies to results‑oriented projects.Mindset & Adaptability: A results‑oriented professional with a strong problem‑solving mindset,
