Full Stack Engineer – .NET, Azure, React/Vue | Lisbon

Build and modernize business applications across the full technology stack—from backend services and APIs to responsive user interfaces and cloud deployment in Microsoft Azure. This English-speaking position in Lisbon is suited to an experienced developer who can work independently, contribute to technical decisions and turn business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, React or Vue.js, and TypeScript,
- Design reliable REST APIs and backend services with ASP.NET and ASP.NET Web API,
- Build secure and scalable solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault and Blob Storage,
- Translate business requirements into practical, high-quality technical solutions,
- Work with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle,
- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps,
- Support the migration and modernization of existing applications,
- Contribute to architectural improvements and cloud-native development,
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising security, scalability or code quality.

Your background
- Strong professional experience in full-stack development with C#, .NET Core/.NET and ASP.NET Web API,




- Practical experience with React and/or Vue.js, component-based development and modern state-management approaches,
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core and database optimization,
- Experience designing, developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure,
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows and current software-development practices,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work autonomously while keeping technical decisions aligned with business needs,
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Additional skills that would be valuable
- Event-driven architecture or distributed systems,
- Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ,
- Docker, Azure Container Apps or Azure Kubernetes Service,
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Bicep,
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code. xysqume
