- Track and manage cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent the brand with professionalism

Requirements
What You Bring

- Fluent Italian (both written and spoken)
- Good English skills (min. xysqume B2 level)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and tech confidence
