Prime Vigilance is seeking an experienced ICSR Team Leader to manage the ICSR team on a project or group of projects in Italy. You will oversee task distribution, workflow, and client cooperation in ICSR management, while driving KPIs and process improvements.

The role requires line management experience, strong pharmacovigilance knowledge, and excellent communication, with responsibilities spanning coordination and local PV activities.
