Willis Global, Milan-based, seeks a General Manager – Freight Operations to own Italy country operations, lead a multi-site team, and drive profitable, high-quality service. The role reports to the CEO for Global Forwarding Solutions and sits at the heart of the country’s freight strategy.

You will build strong customer and vendor relationships, optimize ocean freight operations, and oversee commercial alignment and growth across Italy, coordinating with global HQ.
