Marsh Risk is seeking a Finance FP&A; Graduate in Milan, working hybrid with three days in the office. You will support the Finance Director in consolidating forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for Italy and the Eastern Mediterranean & Caspian region.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, data gathering, and monthly close support. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills, plus fluent English and Italian, are expected.
