We are a leading global supplier of corrugated Flexo-printer machines. As we accelerate our globalization strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on Regional Sales Manager to drive our expansion across European markets. This is an individual contributor role focused entirely on frontline market penetration and direct customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontline Sales & Market Penetration: Directly hit the market to identify, develop, and acquire new customers in Europe. Collect and analyze customer background, requirements, financial plans, and procurement budgets on the ground.Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits to clients, perform product presentations, build strong long‑term relationships, and effectively handle customer complaints.Project Operation & Contract Execution: Independently manage the full sales cycle—from project planning and initial contact to technical and commercial negotiations, ensuring successful contract execution and monitoring.Agency Channel Management: Identify, develop, and manage local distributors and agents to expand market coverage, while supervising their business operations.Market Intelligence: Gather first‑hand market feedback, competitor information,
and product requirements to support the headquarters in product planning and strategy optimization.Qualifications & RequirementsIndustry Experience: Ideally 4‑5+ years of direct frontline sales experience in the corrugated machinery industry. Familiarity with the equipment and business models of this sector is essential. *(Note: The years of experience requirement can be appropriately relaxed for candidates with strong relevant backgrounds or exceptional sales capabilities.)*Language Skills: Excellent multilingual communication skills. Must be fluent in at least two of the following: English, French, and Latin languages (such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese).Mobility & Travel: Willingness and ability to undertake frequent business travel within Europe. Must hold the legal right to travel within the EU without restrictions (e.g., EU passport, EU residence permit, or a valid multiple‑entry Schengen visa).Core Competencies: Individual contributor mindset. High self-motivation, resilience, and exceptional cross‑cultural negotiation skills.
