You will lead a large, complex operation running 7 days a week, while shaping the site’s long‑term competitiveness, innovation capability, and sustainability performance within Amcor’s European operations.Reporting to the HBW Europe Operations Director, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer trust, driving transformation, and supporting Amcor’s growth strategy in medical and pharmaceutical markets.What You’ll Be Responsible ForHealth, Safety & Environment (Top Priority)Champion a zero‑harm culture and ensure full compliance with company standards and Italian regulationsLead risk identification, prevention programs,
