**Job Title** Negotiator
**Job Description Summary** C&W; is looking for a Junior Negotiator to join the Industrial & Logistics team. In this position, the resource will have the opportunity to grow professionally and gain experience in the real estate sector with a focus in manufacturing and logistics real estate. **Main responsibilities**
- Support the I&L; team in scheduling meetings with clients in order to introduce the services offered by C&W;
- Support the I&L; team in the preparation of: - business proposals relative to C&W;'s services
- contracts aimed at obtaining a marketing assignment and fee negotiation
- long list of opportunities to be introduced to the client
- Support on marketing tools creation (brochures, website, signage, etc.)




- Preparation of periodic reports for the client with the main consulting activities carried out by C&W;
- Arrangement of site visits throughout the country
- Liaise with the Research department for data processing on the target market **Skills and Experience**
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience and aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- Determined, pragmatic and able to work independently
- Confident in working under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market **Qualifications**
- Italian Real Estate Agent Certification appreciated
- B driver's license
