Trek Customer Care team is seeking a hardworking, positive person who loves bikes and people. You will engage with customers and retailers across Italy via email, phone, and live chat, delivering excellent service.
Based in Bergamo area with a hybrid office/remote setup, you’ll leverage MS Office and CRM/ERP tools to resolve inquiries, share product knowledge, and support advocacy events within the bicycle community.
