**Main responsabilities**: - Supporting Ferrero companies in Italy on Customs related issues;
- Ensure compliant import/export processing and/or customs classification;
- Accurate drafting of Import/export declarations and related documents;
- Provide the needed documents required by Customs Authorities in order to support the operational management of the inbound and outbound flows;
- Knowledge and use of the "Customs Decisions System";
- Provide support to Supply Chain department and Finance on Customs issues related to inbound and outbound flows;
- Review and monitoring Customs guarantees for Customs authorizations;
- Maintain and audit annually the AEO authorization;
- Maintain relationships with the Customs Authorities. **Who we are looking for**: - Degree or equivalent relevant qualification on Customs/Trade matters;
- 2-4 years’ experience in Customs and trade compliance;
- Demonstrated operational and technical skills in Customs matter;
- Detailed knowledge of Customs Regimes and AEO;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Detail oriented, organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities;
- FMCG experience is a plus. **IT Skills**: - MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
- SAP;
