**Company Description** The resource will: - draft, review, negotiate and finalize different types of contracts such as MOUs, LOIs, confidentiality agreements, services agreements and termination agreements;
- provide legal advice to various internal stakeholders;
- coordinate efforts with other internal teams including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and business units;
- provide assistance and support to ensure corporate governance requirements are in place and well managed, assisting EU group companies in the preparation of materials for Management and Board of Directors meetings, in Italy and other EU countries;
- identify critical risks and communicate those risks to the appropriate stakeholders and Management for resolution;
- efficiently support the management of outside counsels with an eye toward minimizing expenses. **Qualifications**
Master in Commercial or Contractual Law is seen as an advantage. Very high level of English, spoken and written, is required to report to the headquarter in Amsterdam. Fluency in other foreign languages as Portuguese and/or Spanish is seen as an advantage. Around 3-5 years of post qualification legal experience ideally; experience as in-house lawyer is seen as an advantage.
Availability to travel frequently in Italy and Europe mainly. Cultural sensitivity. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to adapt communication tone to different audience. Attitude to team working and problem solving, with the ability to provide pragmatic alternatives and propose solutions. Flexibility on managing deadline, schedule and action planning skills.

The resource will report to the South Europe Legal Manager and work closely with: Head of Legal & Compliance department, DENSO Legal Team, DENSO Compliance Team, external legal counsels, DENSO Sales and Manufacturing Companies especially in Italy, Spain and Portugal.
