Join Us in Shaping the Future. **Who are we looking for** At ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team. Your mission will be to craft user-centric designs, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure our solutions offer an exceptional user experience in this rapidly evolving industry. This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in office in Florence, Italy. **What you will do**: - Own the end-to-end design process, from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the market
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders,
and other teams to shape requirements, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
- Use data, A/B testing, qualitative research, and usability testing to optimize user experience and interface design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and track design metrics and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process **What you will bring to the table**: - You are a strong problem solver
- You have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design in building digital products, SaaS.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Experience with Web-app and API-based products
- Full professional proficiency in English **What we can offer**:
