This role involves active trading, risk management, and the ability to identify market opportunities to maximize returns for our clients and in particular: - Business Development: Identify and pursue new trading opportunities to expand the firm's convertible bonds trading activities.
- Market Share Growth: Implement strategies to increase the firm's market share in the convertible bonds sector.
- Client Engagement: Strengthen and build relationships with key clients to ensure their trading needs are met and to enhance client satisfaction.
- Innovation: Continuously seek innovative trading strategies and tools to improve trading efficiency Key Responsibilities: - Provide liquidity to the ISP Group institutional clients via voice and dedicated ET platforms
- Execute trades in convertible bonds, ensuring optimal pricing and adherence to risk management guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, news, and economic data to inform trading decisions.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve financial targets.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with dedicated customers, brokers, dealers, and other market participants.
- Continuously assess portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed to manage risk and improve returns.
- Collaborate with Equity Capital Markets dept, research analysts and other team members to gather insights and support trading activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. **Esperienza Richiesta**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading convertible bonds and related equity instruments. **Competenze Richieste**:
**Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze**: - Bachelor's degree in Finance / Math, Statistic or Physics or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, CQS) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of fixed income and equity markets, as well as derivative products.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and trading platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with team members and external partners.
