Job description **Responsibilities**
- Ensure communication and relationship with customers regarding the invoicing of services provided. Review, analyze and explain invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Working with operational departments to evaluate costs and draw up competitive fare quotations
- Monitor customer payments and ensure communication regarding overdue payments
- Follow-up of claims with our insurance companies, management of disputes
- Ensure administrative management of cost control related activities, including necessary documentation and reporting Job requirements
- Master degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
- Previous experience in aviation, tourism or transportation
- Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights
- Problem solving and customer oriented attitude
- A Certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection
