For our customers, we are a valued and reliable partner with a diverse range of services. **About the role** For our company **Progetti Srl **in **Milan** (MI), we are looking for a **Project Manager Solar, Wind & BESS (M/F/d)** **What you will do**
- Ensuring on-time and on budget execution of projects in Italy from late stage of development until COD
- Project team coordination, comprising of procurement, legal, technical, construction, PPA, sales and financing
- Technical project management activities with interface functions between the engineering team and construction partners
- Projects activities supervision of compliance with local, national and international regulations
- Quality check and frequent site presence of projects construction works and services
- Securing internal investment approvals and management of the economic aspects of the contracts
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards
- Management of relationship with 3rd-party advisors, service providers, contractors and external stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, grid operators, regional bodies) **What you will need to succeed**
- Business or technical university degree
- Qualified professional experience in project management, ideally in renewable energy, at least 5 years
- High degree of self-responsibility,
entrepreneurial understanding and flexibility
- Good negotiation management, coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment
- Willingness to deepen knowledge of site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes as well as financial modelling of renewable projects
- Fluent spoken and written business English and Italian
- High willingness to travel throughout Italy **Soft skills**: - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage a range of priorities and stakeholders with tight deadlines
