Primary Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of multiple YouTube channels- Optimise and publish pilot video content- Streamline and establish scheduling workflows- Advanced thumbnail creation- Work within an internal content management system- Monitor optimisation effectiveness- Engage in online community management, through YouTube comments, Community posts,

YouTube Stories and be open to testing new features when rolled out- Spotting opportunities to re-optimise archive content when necessary Primary Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of professional experience in Editorial, Media or Creative environments, preferably working across international territories- Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken- Advanced understanding of the YouTube algorithm- Expertise of YouTube Analytics- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration skills, and presentation skills.- Willingness and eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow in a collaborative and nimble environment- Highly detail oriented, strong intuition, and organised- Flexible and adaptable to change What happens next?
