JHC Consulting is an independent advisory firm providing private counsel to boards and chief executives on matters of strategy and governance. Our partner is a leading institution in the institutional finance sector, and this role supports the delivery of critical advisory mandates for their leadership team. The Junior Project Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the logistics and movement of our core output: the written memorandum. This position is fully remote and requires a person who values the precision of the written word and the discipline of a structured advisory process.

The Role
In this role, you will coordinate the lifecycle of our advisory mandates from the initial reading phase to the final signed document. Because we do not use slide decks or traditional presentations, your work focuses entirely on the flow and delivery of text based reports. Your day to day tasks include:
- Tracking the progress of active mandates and ensuring that deadlines for internal drafts are met.
- Managing the distribution of reading materials and research papers to the principals.




- Proofreading memoranda for clarity, grammar, and adherence to firm formatting standards.
- Maintaining the digital archive of signed counsel and ensuring that all records are securely stored.
- Coordinating communication between the advisory team and client points of contact regarding document delivery.
- Assisting in the preparation of references and citations for long form reports.
- Updating project tracking tools to provide a clear view of the firm's current workload.
